Benefits of Eucalyptus cinerea
This specie is also known as the Argyle apple, Mealy Stringybark, and Silver dollar eucalyptus, in English. It is known to be native to New South Wales and Victoria, and Australia. It was recently introduced in the Philippines and is planted as a garden plant, with limited distribution and cultivation.
It has astringent and antiseptic effects. In the Philippines, compared to other eucalyptus plants, this species is used as an antiseptic and deodorant. It is also believed to help treat conditions such as infections, colds, sore throats, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia, neuralgia and variety of skin infections.
